• Divorce/Annulment The processes by which a marital relationship is dissolved.

• Legal Separation The process by which the parties agree to resolve their marital issues regarding separation, property, custody, and child support.

• Date of Separation The date on which the parties no longer reside together and at least one of them intends to remain separate and apart.

• Spousal support (Alimony/Post-Separation Support) The extent to which one spouse will be held responsible for providing financial support to the other spouse following the dissolution of a marital relationship.

• Criminal Law

  Michael Eubanks has extensive experience defending the rights of people arrested and accused of criminal offenses. Mr. Eubanks handles all types of criminal cases, including minor infractions and misdemeanors and the most serious felony indictments, such as, drug possession, narcotics sales, theft and grand larceny, white-collar fraud, embezzlement, sex offenses, arson, and conspiracy.
